Eclectic artist with bold acting qualities, Annunziata Vestri can boast a huge
repertoire that spans from Bel Canto to Verdi and Puccini’s masterpieces.
Ms. Vestri
regularly collaborates with theaters as: Teatro dell’Opera in Rome, Teatro Regio
in Turin, Maggio Musicale in Florence, Teatro Comunale in Bologna, San Carlo in
Naples, Opéra de Montecarlo, Teatro Regio in Parma, Wexford Festival Opera,
Puccini Festival in Torre del Lago, Sferisterio Opera Festival in Macerata,
Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto.
Amongst her recent engagement sit is worth mentioning: Donizetti’s Belisario and Torquato
Tasso at the Bergamo Musica Festival; La Clemenza di Tito in
Trieste; Il Trovatore in Schenkenberg; La Traviata in Bari; Madama
Butterfly in Kiel, Florence and Bari; Rigoletto and Andrea Chénier (Madelon)
in Naples; Aida (Amneris) in St. Margarethen and in Kazan; Falstaff in
Marseille; L’Arlesiana and Guglielmo Ratcliff at the Wexford
Festival Opera; Carmen (Zubin Mehta conducting) and Falstaff
(Pinchas Steinberg conducting) at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples; La
Cenerentola at the Teatro dell’Opera in Rome; El Amor Brujo in Genoa.
Ms. Vestri made her film debut performing as Tisbe in La Cenerentola for
the Opera movie directed by Carlo Verdone, conducted by Gianluigi Gelmetti and
produced by Rada Film.
Plans: Suor Angelica at the Teatro San
Carlo in Naples; Il Barbiere di Siviglia at the Opéra the Monte Carlo, at
the Théâtre des Champs Elysées in Paris, at the Opéra in Marseille and at the
Grand Theatre de la Ville in Louxembourg. As returning guest at the Opéra in
Marseille, Ms. Vestri will sing Maddalena in Rigoletto.

Young baritone he graduated at the G. Verdi conservatoire in Milan; he took part
at the Académie Européenne de Musique in Aix-en-Provence, where he
performed Leporello in Don Giovanni. Amongst his recent engagements it is
worth mentioning: Il Barbiere di Siviglia and Così fan tutte for
AsLiCo circuit in Italy; Signor Bruschino and La Gazzetta at the
Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro; Don Carlo at the Maggio Musicale
Fiorentino under the baton of Zubin Metha; Moralès in Carmen in Livorno,
Lucca, Pisa and Fano; Die Lustige Witwe at the Teatro Filarmonico in
Verona; Belcore in L’elisir d’Amore and Prosdocimo in Il Turco in
Italia in Piacenza and Ravenna, Leo Nucci directing; Le Nozze di Figaro (Conte
d’Almaviva) in Tenerife and in Kiel. Plans include: Le Nozze di Figaro (Conte
d’Almaviva) at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna; Cavalli’s Erismena
(Agrippo) at the Festival International d’Art Lyrique d’Aix-en-Provence then on
tour in Innsbruck, Versailles and in prestigious theatres in Europe.
